Oh Mother where were you all these years
Hidden yourself away from these eyes
Letting me fret and weep all through these years
I’ve been struggling to find ye
Now and again you’ve shown yourself to me

This must be the peace that comes with purity
I know no words nor language to describe it
Be with me MOTHER till the end of eternity
For if you leave me I’m lost once again
In the maze of this harsh world.
