Let us pray that the day is not too far
when our spirits blend and the souls unite
for that’s the day for which we are born
through a series of births through eternal time.
So long as we live in our bodies and minds
conflicts and differences will ever remain
however much we may long for or pray
as we miss out on being and go further away
from the utopia we all seek to find
where peace, serenity and brotherhood reign.
It’s only when we give up on our subtle balloons
and seek our answers from deep down within
we’ll know that the outside pleasures after which we run
and mistake it for our happiness, joy and content
are simply a mesh in which we get caught
pulling us down and not letting us escape
to reach out to true joy, true brotherhood
and a great big world we can
proudly claim as our own !
