Thou have answered all my prayers
peeled my outer peel
by revealing the lurking enemies within
helping me conquer and overpower them
sifting the real from the chaff.
My life has met its fulfilment
my destiny at last reached!
Let now my surrender to Thee be complete
no more revelling in subterfuge
in that which never was
which had neither substance nor existence
but in my stark ignorance and pride.
My gratitude and debt to Thee
can’t be expressed in mere words
for I am simply too little
to even try and attempt it!
